How to reach Majuli

By Road

Majuli is a sub-division of  Jorhat district of Assam. ASTC(Assam State Transport Buses) ply on a regular basis from Guwahati to Jorhat.

By Air

You can take flight from Guwahati to Jorhat .From Jorhat, there is short distance of fourteen kilometers to Neemati Ghat, from where you can take ferries to reach Majuli.

Going there in winters is preferable. Summer and rainy months should be avoided.
